These terms govern your use of Ivaga (“we”, “us”) at ivaga.in. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Ivaga account.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your Google account secure — we have no separate password to protect it with. One account per person; do not create an account to impersonate someone else.
Being part of the community
Ivaga is a small, signed-in community. While you are here:
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or abuse of other members.
- Don't spam, scrape, or use the site for unrelated advertising.
- Don't post anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to share.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Content on Ivaga
Ivaga owns the design of this site and the posts published on the Blog, unless a post says otherwise. Blog content is for members' own reading — please don't copy, republish, scrape, or redistribute it elsewhere without asking us first.
Anything you contribute yourself — your profile bio, poll and quiz answers, messages you send us — stays yours. By posting it, you give us the licence we need to store and display it back to you as part of running the site.
Not medical advice
Content about diet, exercise, Ayurveda, mantras, and similar topics is shared for general information and discussion only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet, exercise, or health routine — especially if you have an existing condition.
Events
Sessions are run on a best-effort basis, online (over Google Meet or Zoom) or in person, as listed on the Now page. We are not responsible for the venues or third-party platforms an event happens to use.
No warranty, limited liability
Ivaga is provided as-is. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use Ivaga after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
